Applying Through Government Channels

Candidates who meet the requirements can use the GDRFA-Dubai Smart Application to apply for a Golden Visa. There are six steps to follow:

STEP 1: Through the authorized retailers, download the GDRFA-Dubai application: Play Store/App Store

STEP 2: Create a new user account (in case there is no account registered)

STEP 3: Pick the necessary service

STEP 4: Upload the necessary paperwork

STEP 5: Pay the service costs

STEP 6: Submit the request

 

Appling in Amer Centre

STEP 1: Go to one of the Amer Centers’ services branches 

STEP 2: Select the service at the reception

STEP 3: Present the necessary paperwork to the service provider

STEP 4: Checking documents 

STEP 5: Pay the service costs

STEP 6: Submit the request

 

Cost for Golden Visa

Apply Through Real Estate Developers

DAMAC Properties (Golden Visa by Investment):

Upon the purchase of a property with DAMAC, the real estate developer offers assistance in obtaining a 10-year Golden Visa. Additionally, they take cryptocurrency payments.

 

Dubai Land Department (Investment-Based Golden Visa)

The Dubai Land Department offers an application for a Golden Visa as a real estate investor.

STEP 1: Go to one of the service centres

STEP 2: Submits the necessary information and pay the fees

STEP 3: Perform a medical exam at the centre

STEP 4: The passport is stamped with the visa.

Required Documents:

1. Passport
2. Availability of an electronic copy of the title deed certificate
3. Personal photo
4. Valid health insurance
5. Original Emirates ID

 

Service Terms:

Investor visa 10 years

• Property or owned shares (one or more properties) with a minimum worth of $2 million under the applicant’s name
• If the property is mortgaged, the bank must get at least $2 million of the property’s worth. NOC letter and a letter confirming payment
• Couples may jointly own one piece of property (marriage certificate required)

 

Family visa

1. NOC letter from the father, attested by the notary public (in case the mother is the sponsor).
2. Daughter over 18 years old (proof of social status from Dubai Courts).
3. Must bring National ID (IRAN – PAKISTAN – IRAQ – LIBYA – AFGHANISTAN).
4. Original passport and Emirates ID
5. Personal photo
6. Health insurance
7. Marriage certificate attested
8. Birth certificate attested
9. IBAN bank account
10. Son over 18 years old (study certificate)
